Backyard shots...

I was attempting to get some DSLR video footage of some finches on the feeder when I noticed some activity in the backyard.  I got these two shots below shooting out of the kitchen window.  The D800 was on a tripod.  No much to say about the composition, but the focus at 100% is spot on.  Equipment details at the end of the blog.

A Sage Thrasher paid a brief visit intent on finding a quick snack.  He hopped off before I could see if it had any success.

There are a number of rabbits that inhabit the backyard.  This guy looked sufficiently unimpressed with the current goings on .
